New Functions

General

• Reservation download (Excel) and update of reservations by re-upload 
  New format for structured transfer and processing of booking data via Excel (Excel pickup)
  Note: Please be sure to use the new pickup Excel template for the initial upload!
• Improvements to the dashboard
  Segmentation is now taken into account in the statistics, the separation between groups and meetings has been improved. Tracings are now also displayed in the dashboard (Dashboard)
• Further features in online pickup Online
  The online pickup is now deactivated by default if no customised integration page is available. From now on, only the new version is available for new customers. Our support will contact all customers who have the legacy version in integrative operation to determine a migration path.

• Payment via Klarna & PayPal now available
  Guests can now pay for bookings using Klarna or PayPal. (Payment)

• New “fixed” checkbox in the Price Grid
  The Price Grid now includes a “fixed” checkbox to define a uniform room quantity across all nights. (Price Grid)

• Planned Schedule in a booking
  New tab when creating a booking for entering the event schedule, which can be output in the function sheet (Schedule)
• New parameters in templates
  In addition to the schedule, further information can also be stored in our templates. All parameters can be found here (Templates). Our support team will be happy to help you customise the templates.

apaleo

• Display wash status of a booking
  Washing machine icon with active wash in the booking details page and block list (wash Status)

• Payment with Klarna & PayPal possible
  Guests can now also pay for bookings via Klarna or PayPal within the apaleo Adyen integration (Payment)

• Company profile synchronisation
  there are now 3 ways to synchronise companies (do not synchronise / only from apaleo / in both directions) the default setting is (for changes and new companies) synchronise only from apaleo.

• Non-synchronisation
  of automatically generated e-mail addresses at the guest (when creating without e-mail), can be activated if required.

MEWS

• Booking Web-Hook
  products are now also written to the booking when a room is confirmed from MEWS. Existing bookings with non-synchronised services/products have been corrected.
