New Features

Availability
The new availability view features a modern design and enhanced functionality for faster planning and better visibility of rooms and spaces (Availibility).
Reports
Reports can now be preconfigured and sent automatically via email on a regular basis.
An additional “On the Books” (OtB) analysis by blocks is now available.
All confirmed allotments are included as on-the-books revenue in this evaluation. (Reports).
Schedule
The event schedule allows for the structured planning of individual agenda items. The data can be exported into the Function Sheet document (Schedule). Our support team is happy to assist with customizing the template to integrate the schedule.
Per-minute Meeting Room Rates
Rates can now be defined per minute for meeting rooms. Customice calculates the total price based on the booked duration and sends it to apaleo (Rates).
Admin Access to "Tags" Management
The Admin role now has access to the "Tags" tab and can create, edit, and delete tags (Roles).
Translations in the new Online Pick-up / Optimizations
Content is now automatically displayed in the selected language (Online Pick-up).
Please contact support if you're interested in the new Pick-up feature or would like to have it activated.
Prices can be shown or hidden flexibly.
Service inventory tracking
Services with limited availability now show how many units are still available – including a warning if the limit is exceeded.

Segments on blocks
Blocks now automatically inherit the segment from the associated booking.
As long as no reservation has been made, the segment can still be adjusted either on the booking itself or on individual blocks.
This information is now also written to apaleo, following the introduction of equivalent functionality there.

GROUP Wash Stabilization & Monitoring
Quantity Display for Per-Room Services
For services sold per room, the quantity is no longer displayed since it is automatically calculated per room.
Excel Pick-up
When uploading a guest list with more guests than originally booked, or when an update is made in apaleo with an additional individual reservation, the number of rooms in the block is no longer adjusted automatically. The originally booked room count remains unchanged. (Excel Pick-up).

Optimized Booking Overview and Details
The booking overview now only displays main rooms – subrooms are hidden. Additionally, the overview refreshes automatically when returning from other areas (e.g., blocks).

Occupancy adjustment based on reservations now includes price changes that may result from the rate due to increased occupancy.
Service Date for Deposits
Deposits now use the service date instead of a previously used internal delivery date field.

Optimized performance for long-term bookings:
Load times for bookings spanning several months have been significantly improved — from over 2 minutes to around 6 seconds.
Price Calculation for Split Services
When prices of individual child services are changed, the total price of the parent service is now automatically updated upon saving – no need to remove and re-add the service manually.
