The price grid

For each day of the contingent there is a column where these settings can be made/changed

• number of rooms
• price for the given night
• the online pickup behavior
• definition as Shoulder date

If the number of rooms should remain the same on all days, activate the “fixed allotment” checkbox. Once selected, any change to the number of rooms will automatically apply to all nights. Additionally, only a check-in on the first day and a check-out on the last day are possible – these are set automatically and cannot be changed manually.

The functions offered for the first night are different, than the functions of the following nights because the copy functionality is added:

First night with Copy functions

The following functions are available (icons)

• Change number of rooms (reloads availability)
• Change price for the night
• Copy price of the first night for all nights
• Reset price to the rate price
• "set "is a check-in day
• copy "is a check-in day" to all days
• set "is a check-out tag" to all days
• copy "is a check-out day" to all days

Reset values

Resets all values in the GRID back to the original values (number of rooms, prices).

Note: These prices are later just drawn by the system, if a pick-up is carried out via customice. Pickup via apaleo still uses the average price stored in the block information and must be manually adjusted.

If the price for a timeslice within a block is changed and there are guests in that period, a popup should appear when updating the block. This allows selecting the guests to whom the price change should be applied.
