General

Online Pick-Up Improvements

• Adjust Occupancy
  Room occupancy can be adjusted in the Online Pick-Up within the maximum room capacity. The occupancy defined in the block is used as the initial value.
• Deactivate Pick-Up Links
  Pick-Up links can be deactivated at both block and booking level. When accessing a deactivated link, guests are informed that the link is no longer valid.
• Credit Card Payments
  In case of failed or cancelled credit card payments, the booking can be automatically cancelled and/or an internal email notification can be sent.

• Customizable Font Color
  The font color in the Online Pick-Up can now be customized individually.

Booking Management

• Synchronize Reservations with the PMS
  In the Guests / Reservations tab, reservations can now be synchronized with the current PMS data using a new sync button. New reservations are added, while reservations that no longer exist in the PMS are removed.

Company Overview

• Synchronization & Property Filter
  Companies can now be synchronized manually using a new sync button.

Group Blocks

• “Optional” Status
  apaleo now also supports the “Optional” status for group blocks. The cutoff date, availability deduction, and automatic release can be configured directly in customice and synchronized with apaleo.

  All optional blocks were automatically migrated and are now optional in apaleo as well.

• Debtor Setting
  A new property setting can be used to control whether the debtor flag is automatically set in apaleo when a new company is created.

Services

• Service Add-ons
  Service options marked as add-ons are now correctly handled in MEWS as additional services to the booked service.
