Adding a Contact When Creating a Booking.
When creating a booking, you can add a contact upon saving.
Alternatively, you can add or edit a contact via the Contact tab within the booking.
Adding a Contact to a Booking
Select an existing contact or create a new one.
When creating a new account, fill in the required fields on the detail page (marked with a red asterisk).
You can also choose from the following titles.
Select a company or check the box "Create new company" to add a new company.
In the final step, save your input and set the booking status.
Modifying Contacts at the Hotel Level
You can assign multiple contacts to each company and manage different addresses per contact.
Navigate to Companies/Accounts and either create a new account or select an existing company.
Managing Existing Accounts and Companies
Select a company and add an existing contact.
You can either add a new contact or update an existing one.
If you check the box "From Guests", addresses created by guests via the configurator will be displayed, in addition to the backend-entered addresses.
After selecting the contact, click Save.
Returning to the Company/Account
You can now update an existing address or add a new one (e.g., billing address, business address, etc.).
Save your entries.
Manually Adding a New Contact
To manually add a new contact, simply click the orange plus button.
A contact can be created from guest data, or you can click on a specific guest to fill in the contact details.
Save your input.
