Automatic optimisation of room contingents using different wash types

Two options for group washes in customice

To ensure that optional/booked allotments do not unnecessarily affect your availabilities and to ultimately optimise your occupancy, you can configure different wash types for your booking or for individual room blocks in customice.  

There are two options for a "wash".  

cutoff - You define in "Cutoff days in advance" on how many days before the start of the block/allotment 100% of the unpicked rooms are removed from the block. I.e. the block size is reduced to the number of actual room reservations - in extreme cases empty blocks, i.e. blocks that have not been called up at all, are cancelled. The system handles any existing optional allotments/blocks in the same way as already confirmed blocks.

periodic: You define in "Cutoff days in advance" for how many days in advance 100% of the unpicked rooms for this exact day are removed from the block. This means that the block size for this day is reduced to the number of actual room reservations. On the following day, this happens for the next day and so on until the end of the term of the block/allotment.

In the example: An allotment running from 10.01. to the 31.12. of the same year, the "cutoff days in advance are set to 9. This means: On the 01.01. the contingent for 10.01. is reduced according to the existing reservations, on 02.01. for 11.01. etc. until 22.12. of the year on which the last day is then handled accordingly.

In the selection of the wash type, currently only one entry is possible, i.e. lead time and 100% defining the amount of the wash. Soon any percentage with any corresponding lead time will be adjustable here to offer more flexibility.
