Copying blocks

On the booking list, within the three-item menu, there is the function for copying bookings.

By clicking the copy button the copying process starts:

The following settings, can or must be made:

• Specifying a new start date for the booking. All data within the booking will be moved based on this start date. I.e. the specified date will be used as the start date of the first block of the entry, all other dates will be moved back according to the duration of the original entry.
  e.g. booking from 01.01. is copied to 11.01., then the date information of all blocks +10 days is calculated and preassigned.
• Option to create services (set by default). All services of the original booking will be copied. If not selected, no services will be created
• Option to copy time settings and details (default set). All time settings and descriptions (the detailed planning for the functions) are copied. If not selected, then the default times of the block and the default template descriptions of the services are entered in the services (new planning).
• Repeat weekly with quantity. The number n of weekly repetitions of the meeting will be created.
• Repeat monthly with quantity. The number n of monthly repetitions of the meeting will be created.
• Consider availability (Verfügbarkeit überprüfen). By clicking on this field, the rooms that are still available will be listed in green, while those that are no longer available will be listed in red.
• Same booker. By choosing this field,the data of the contact person from the previous booking will be adopted.

With Save, the creation of the copies is triggered.

The default status of the copies of the bookings is "Tentative" - no availability check is performed.

In order to create one of these copied bookings in the apaleo system, the contact for the booking must be stored and saved. With saving the booking is also created in apaleo tentative.
I.e. all copies without contact can be deleted again in customice without leaving any traces in apaleo.

When confirming a copied booking, make sure there is sufficient availability, otherwise the system will report an error when confirming individual blocks - partial confirmation will occur.
