Create meeting bookings (new FLow)

The booking flow can be started under “New” booking.

(Only overnight rooms can be booked under “New group”, not meeting rooms).

The day of the event is determined by date. Select the desired time and the number of participants. The meeting rooms available on this date will be listed.

Note preparation / dismantling times: the times scheduled for the room for set-up and dismantling are taken into account

Suitable: only meeting rooms that are suitable or larger than your desired number of people are listed

The category is selected by choosing a line.

You can now start booking.

Booking details:

Enter the title and check or adjust the number of people.

The validity date and the market segment can be set directly here.

Block Details:

Here you have the option of changing the rate and entering description texts and special cancellation conditions. The set-up and dismantling times can also be adjusted here.

Pricing:

The price can be overwritten and changed in this section. 

After creating the contact, you will be taken to the block view.

By clicking on the block:

you can now also set the folio routing.

Folio Routing:

As soon as you click on GROUP Folio active, 2 options open up. You can route according to service types and sub-accounts.
