AI Pick Up

To make it easier to add guest data to a group booking, AI Pick Up is now available as an alternative to the familiar Pick Up Excel spreadsheets. With AI Pick Up, any Excel or Word document, as well as images or handwritten notes, can now be uploaded without having to follow a specific format or similar requirements. The AI recognizes all relevant information in the uploaded document and uses it to generate the guest list with all relevant details.

Extended Time Slot Settings

Please note: Only applies to meeting bookings. Can only be configured within customice.
This update allows the booking time within a meeting booking to be extended beyond the evening time slot. This makes it possible to select a time span that runs, for example, from the end of the evening time slot up to the start of the next morning time slot at the latest. This time is then also carried over to the booking (unless something else extends the period further, e.g. departure at 11:00 the next morning).
Example: Booking in Apaleo: meeting room booked from 18:00 to 23:59. Booking in customice: With the update, the booking can be created from 18:00 to, for example, 03:00, e.g. if a midnight snack has also been booked for 00:00.

Extended Automatic Email Dispatch

Automatic email dispatch, including the dispatch time frame, can now be linked to a booking status. For example, you can set up an automated reminder email to be sent to the booker/requester a set number of days before the selected status expires, provided the booking is still in that status at that time.
