Reports provide a structured analysis of all booking- and service-related data recorded in the system – such as revenue, reservations, arrivals, or services. They can be filtered and exported based on various criteria, supporting daily planning, analysis, and decision-making.
General Structure
All reports follow the same basic structure:
Date Range: Select the desired analysis period.
Filter Options: Vary by report type (e.g., room category, status, booker, etc.).
View Modes: “On the Book”, “Otb (Blocks)”, “Forecast”, “Gross/Net”, etc.
Export Function: Every report can be exported as an
.XLSXor.CSVfile (top right).
1. Revenue Report
The Revenue Report shows generated revenue by room category and date.
Filter Options:
Analysis By: e.g., revenue, number of bookings, number of persons, etc.
Grouping: e.g., room category, room total, services, etc.
Aggregation: day, month, year
Status: e.g., confirmed, canceled, optional, tentative, etc.
View Mode: gross/net, on the book, forecast, on the book (blocks)
"fixed only": Show only fixed allotements
⚠️ Important: For fixed allotements to appear in the Revenue Report, they must be explicitly marked as such in the Price Grid within the respective booking. Only correctly marked entries will be included in the report.
2. Service Report
The Service Report lists all booked services (e.g., business dinner, drinks, etc.), including time slots and room references.
Filter Options:
View Mode: on the book or forecast
Status: e.g., new, confirmed, canceled, optional, tentative, etc.
Room, Service, Service Type, Service Group
Booking ID, Booker
3. Booking Report
The Booking Report shows all active (or forecasted) bookings within a selected period – including names, IDs, descriptions, company, number of persons, price, revenue, and more.
Filter Options:
Status: e.g., new, confirmed, canceled, optional, tentative, etc.
Room, Service, Service Type
Booker
View Mode: on the book or forecast
4. Arrival Report
The Arrival Report displays which guests or bookings are scheduled to arrive within a selected time period. It includes details such as event title, start and end date, status (e.g., confirmed), guest data (name, salutation), and cancellation reason.
Filter Options:
Room, Status, Booker, Booking, Guest
View Mode: on the book or forecast
5. Weekly Schedule
The Weekly Schedule shows planned meetings or events in a week-by-week view, organized by weekday.
Filter Options:
Status: e.g., new
Room Category, Room Type
Sales Mode, Description
