What is a periodic wash - rolling release?

Configuration of the periodic wash of room allotments/blocks.

Here, only the "first" day of a block is "washed", i.e. the capacity of the block for this day is reduced to the number of existing reservations. 

periodic: With "Cutoff days in advance" you define how many days in advance 100% of the unpicked rooms on this day are removed from the original block. This means, that the block size for this day is reduced to the number of actual room reservations. On the following day, this happens for the next day and so on until the end of the block or contingent.

Example for a double room contingent from 14-24.07. 

If it's set up that two days in advance the release should happen, only the 14.07. is washed on the 12.07.. 

Then on 13.07. the 15.07. is washed. and so on
