Unlimited number of users
You can set up as many users as you need. There are no restrictions here, there are no additional costs.
Currently, new users must be created by customice support, even if they are already authorized in a connected apaleo system. For technical reasons, the creation can not yet be done directly by our customers.
FUP: We plan to fix this with one of our next releases.
Please just let us know all the email addresses and names of the employees. We would also need to know what role each user should be given.
If the user has been successfully created in the system, then you will need to go to https://app.customice.de/#/forgot and create a new password.
Note: it is recommended to use the same password that you use for apaleo, as long as the customice password is technically still needed.
Currently the following roles are available:
- Admin Meeting & Event Sales
- Staff Event Sales
- Admin Group Sales
- Staff Group Sales
- Functions User
- with restriction to different service types
