Every change to settings or master data in customice administrator goes live immediately after saving and has a direct effect on your productive system.
If this should not be the case once a change does not show up immediately in your browser, with F5 or CTRL-F5 you can do a refresh of your browser or close your current TAB and open it again afterwards.
In some cases it may be necessary to delete the data of the service worker via the developer tools with F12.
Then every modification should be visible.
