The dashboard serves as the central interface for all booking and performance-related data. It provides quick access to current figures and trends, supporting you in making well-informed operational decisions. Below, we explain the most important features:
Segmentation and New Filter Options
Using the three-dot menu (⋮) in each dashboard widget, you can select a segment, and also enable a year-over-year comparison.
The selected segmentation is applied across all relevant statistical fields. These include:
-
Number of bookings
-
Revenue (realized and planned)
-
Guest numbers for meetings and overnight stays
-
Room occupancy (meeting rooms and accommodation types)
-
Averages per booking
Flexible Time Control
Whether you want to view current-day figures or historical trends – the date filter allows you to choose between three views:
-
Today
-
A specific date
-
Year / Month
Bookings with Deadlines
In the "Bookings (Deadlines)" section, you can see all active bookings for which important deadlines are approaching or have already passed. Displayed information includes:
-

Overdue deadlines are highlighted in red to make urgent actions immediately visible.
Problematic Activities
In the "Activities with Problems" section, all bookings with faulty or incomplete service components are listed. Common examples include duplicate or missing entries, such as for breakfast services. The following details are shown:
-
Service description
-
Time period (start and end)
-
Affected room
Overview of Tracings
Tracings are tasks or issues linked to specific bookings. They are now also displayed in the dashboard and include:
-

New and Updated Bookings
In the "Bookings (NEW)" section, you’ll find recent booking inquiries. In the "Changed after Online Offer" section, you can view bookings that were modified following an online offer acceptance.
Analyzing Room Occupancy
The "Room Occupancy (Meeting)" section shows how heavily individual meeting rooms are booked. Combinations of rooms are also taken into account.
In the "Room Occupancy (Normal)" section, you’ll see how different types of rooms are being utilized. Promo codes such as “MICE” are also displayed separately.
Individual Customization
If desired, individual fields on the dashboard can be hidden. If you don’t need specific sections, please contact our support team.
