Booking reinstatement

It's now possible to reinstate bookings which had to be canceled.

Please note: All blocks and reservations have been gone after the cancelation - but customice newly creates them out of it's data. This means - the apaleo booking reference stays the same, but reservations get a new reservation number as suffix to the booking reference.

To start this process, go to the booking list, extend the status filter to show canceled bookings and click on the 3-dot-menue for the booking you want to reinstate.

Click on "Booking reinstate" in the pop-up.

Here you can select which blocks should be reinstated. It may be that some of them were explicitly canceled and do not need to be recreated.

With "reinstate guests" selected, all reservations get recreated. The system takes the last reservations which were in place when the booking was canceled to avoid recreating reservations which were again canceled explicitly.

Afterwards the booking is reinstated in state "optional" if there were no reservation to reinstate or "confirmed" if there were reservations too.
