Multi-reservations can be created for bookings with several rooms. These so-called Pick-Up Excel Shits enable all guest names and data to be automatically added to the booking.
In the first step, a message can be sent to the person making the booking. To do this, click on Send message button under the menu item details of the booking:
The following screen appears:
When the message is sent, the guest receives an e-mail with the attachments. This allows the booker to open and fill in an Excel spreadsheet with the data of the guests for the event.
The yellow mandatory fields must be completed in the table by the person making the booking.
Please note: If two people occupy a double room, these must be written in columns below each other in the Excel table. An X is entered in the last column for the second person.
In this example, Max and Tizia now occupy a double room.
Once all the names of the guests have been entered, the completed document must be sent back to you. This can be uploaded in the existing booking.
In the booking, click on the menu item Blocks, in a block.
Now go to the Guest/ Reservations tab: Create multi-reservation and select the Excel spreadsheet document.
All guest names and dates are automatically added to the booking. It is possible to add or overwrite the booker and to add company and address data to existing reservations.
In addition, a certain number can also be checked in by selecting “Pickup on Booker”.
The generated guest list can now be filtered by name, status, arrival or departure.
