In the booking details, all payments for a booking are displayed, and payments can be created and managed via a payment link.
Payment list
All payments are synchronized via a webhook to customice so that this information is also available here. You can synchronize them using the blue button.
They will be displayed in the list above with their current status.
Payments (payment links) created in customice are also displayed in this list.
Create Payment
Payments can be created for bookings that are at least in the "Optional" status and have not yet reached the customice status "Completed." When creating a payment, you can choose whether the payment should be assigned to a group folio or an individual reservation folio.
To create a payment, click on "Create Payment." The payment pop-up will open, and you can enter the following values:

Validity date and time to define how long the link will be valid

Email of the recipient of the link

Reason for payment

Payment amount
Save your entry.
Automatic Selection of Payment Type
- If services have already been booked in the folio, the payment will automatically be treated as a service payment. The payment amount is then limited to the total of the booked services.
- If no services have been booked in the folio yet, a deposit payment is automatically created. A deposit item is added to the folio so that an advance payment can be received for future services or reservations. This is particularly useful for group bookings or reservations where no specific services have been booked yet.
Track payment Link
All links are shown in the payments list. A newly created link will be displayed after some seconds, a reload or a click on the sync icon appearing in the status tab.
By clicking on the "PaymentLink", the following window will open:
Payment can be made by credit card, Klarna, or PayPal.
- The status is "pending" as long as no payment has been made.
- It changes to "success" once the payment has been successfully completed.
All payments are immediately shown in apaleo too.
