Each individual section (here Block Details) can be hidden or shown.

Changes to Folio Routing - Cross-booking

The folio routing can be adjusted at any time. All changes always apply to the entire booking from the time of the change, i.e. already routed costs remain on the respective folios, future costs are treated accordingly new. With Change routing the new routing to apaleo is saved and thus activated.

Changes to the price GRID or the block size

The detailed information at the block can be adjusted at any time. If the underlying rate plan should be changed, the block has to be cancelled and created again, because apaleo does not allow changing the rate plan either. However, this should hardly cause any problems, since all prices in the price grid are freely definable.

in the price GRID, the price can be adjusted at any time, as long as no reservations have been created for the group. Basically there are the following possibilities for changes

Changes on the first to the last day and functions

• Change the number of rooms after clicking on the edit icon to the right of the number (the availability will be reloaded).
• Change of the price for the current night with copy function to all following days (copy icon) and reset
• Online check-in flag with copy function (only on the selected days online check-in is possible)
• Check out Flag with copy function (only on a selected day an online pickup can end)
• Sholder day flag (sholder days can be marked here, currently the marking is only for info, extensions to control the routing on sholder / non-sholder days are planned)

Extension or shortening of the block

A block can be extended or shortened via the date selection:

First, the new runtime of the block must be selected via the calendar element or by direct input:

Now the Change button is active. The change is prepared:

when all adjustments are made (prices, number of rooms, new Shoulder Dates)

With "Update" the block is finally adjusted, saved and snchronized.

Change of the default room occupancy for the block

Here, the default room occupancy can be adjusted within the framework of the room capacities, which, among other things, has an effect on the sales forecast and the number of proposed template services.

Customization of the GROUP Wash and the behavior of the online pickup.

The wash logic / releases and behavior of the online pickup / with payment can be changed at any time on the block.
