copying blocks

In customice it is always possible to copy existing blocks and thus meeting room reservations and quotas.

In the block list under Bookings - Booking Details - TAB Blocks all blocks of a group booking/meeting booking are displayed.

Behind the three-dot menu within each list entry you will find the function to copy the respective block.

Clicking the Copy button starts the copy process. The system opens a pop-up window for entering the copy parameters:

The following settings can or must be made:

• Specify a new start date for the block. The specified date will be used as the new start date of the copied block, all other dates will be calculated backwards according to the duration of the original block.
• Option to create services (set by default). All services of the original block will be copied. If not selected, no services will be created.
• Option to apply time settings and details (set by default). All time settings and descriptions (the detailed planning for the functions) are copied. If not selected, then the default times of the block and the default template descriptions of the services are entered in the services (new planning).

With Save, the creation of the copies is triggered.

The default status of the copies of the blocks is "Optional" - an availability check is performed.
By clicking on the "copied" block, the status of the booking can be changed.
