Add Service Templates to a Booking – customice

Service templates allow you to quickly add predefined services (e.g., catering, breakfast, or package deals) to a booking or room category. Services can be created for multiple days and, optionally, assigned directly to all guests or reservations.

Add a Service Template

1. Open the Booking

Open the desired booking and switch to the Services tab.

Any services already assigned to the booking are displayed here.

2. Select a Service Template

Click Add Service Template.

A list of all available service templates will open.

3. Select the Desired Template

Tick the checkbox next to the required service template.

Examples:

Catering
Weekend Package

Then click:

Create Selected Services

4. Edit the Service Template

After selecting a template, the service details window opens.

Here you can modify the following information, among others:

Name
Room category
Number of persons
Start date
End date
Time
Price
Currency
VAT
Description

Click Add Service Template to save the service.

5. Select Additional Options

A dialog with additional options will appear.

The following settings are available:

1.Create the Service Template for Each Additional Day

If this option is enabled, the service will automatically be created for every day of the stay.

Example:

Stay:

25/01/2027
26/01/2027
27/01/2027

Result:
The catering service will be created for each day of the stay.

2.Transfer Changes to Guest / Reservation Services

Enable this option if the service should also be assigned to the individual guests or reservations.

Select Reservations

In the lower section, choose the rooms or reservations for which the service template should be created.
