How can I create rates? – customice

Creating rates

First, rates must be created in apaleo. To do this, read the following article from apaleo:

Then we synchronize the rates in customice.

Navigate to rates via inventory and synchronize rates from apaleo via the green arrow button.

Note on meeting rates with per-minute pricing:
For meeting rates billed by the minute, you can define any price in apaleo – this value will be ignored during the booking process in Customice. Instead, Customice automatically calculates the total price based on the booked minutes and sends this amount to apaleo.
