To remain as flexible as possible, the templates are all uploaded in Docx. format.

This way we ensure that you can conveniently edit your templates easily before sending.

If you change your document after generating it, please save it locally on your PC and upload it again for sending.

When the templates are sent, a PDF will be generated and sent to your customers.
