Service - Options

You have the option of adding options to a service. As with the champagne reception service, for example, you can store options such as a selection of different champagnes.

To use these options, you must add them in the Inventory tab under the desired service.

After clicking on the desired service, navigate to Options:

You can create and save an option using the Add options button. In our example, we are adding a sparkling wine:

After creating the options, you can specify a minimum and maximum selection of options. In our example, you do not have to select a sparkling wine brand, but you can add a maximum of four sparkling wine brands in a booking at the service.

When creating or editing a booking, you can use the selection option when adding a service template.
Select a service template by clicking on the following button:

Add the desired service:

The selected service will now open with the selection options. As indicated in orange, you must select at least one champagne option in our example, but only a maximum of four (otherwise you will not be able to update the service and thus save the booking).
