Room categories - services

Services must first be created in apaleo and synchronized to customice.

To add a service to a room, click on the highlighted button:

Select the desired service from the service list:

Select a meaningful logic from the drop-down menu.

The following logics are available:

Is child service: A service is part of another service. Example: Coffee break is part of a conference package

Is child room: A room is part of a combination room

Is part of:

Blocks availability: A combination room is booked and blocks the availability of the individual rooms

Is a subset: This occurs with 3-room combinations

Limit number of people: For setup. Example: Cocktail seating can accommodate more people than block seating.

Activation on selection: Service two can only be selected if service one is selected. E.g. Service 2 is a 4th course. Only selectable if service 1, a 3-course menu, is selected.

Deactivation on selection: An all-day package is booked and deactivates the dinner

Deselection on selection: If service 1 is selected, service 2 is deselected. Example for setup. If a seating is selected, the previous one is deselected. Only one type of seating can be selected.

Then save your entries using the "Add"  button.
