Fill in all mandatory fields * on the details page as shown in the screenshot below:
- Name of the room *
- External ID: for manual creation, enter the same ID as in Apaleo, otherwise it will be pulled through the green synchronize button
- Type of the room *

- Select event rooms Meeting
- Select hotel room Normal
- Minimum and maximum occupancy
- Description
- Long text
- Price in the correct currency
Please note that no prices are maintained in the apaleo context - the default price should generally not be used here, it is reserved for special application scenarios, which you should definitely coordinate with your project contact person or customice support!
- Minimum turnover
The "Minimum turnover" field indicates the minimum amount you must reach for a booking. If the actual revenue falls below this amount, the difference will automatically be recorded as "Minimum Revenue Difference" on your invoice.
- Select VAT
- maximum advance booking: days
- Preparation time
- Dismantling time
- Enter the total number of rooms (12 single rooms)
- Sorting: at which position of the total rooms it is displayed
- Room URL "Screens" (digital signage)
- Call up the URL.
Now the room labeling is displayed on the screen you have selected with the current event, as well as up-coming events for the same and further days.

Scroll down on the details page. You can add room images using the plus button
Use the Update and Back buttons to save and create additional rooms. Normally, the flags "Include number of guests in configurator", "Synchronize availability with PMS" and "Synchronize rate with PMS" must be set to ensure the behavior coordinated with apaleo.
