Blue Button in the Block List – Synchronizing a Booking in Case of Issues
If a booking has not been correctly transferred or updated in the system, the blue sync button in the block list can help.
When Should the Blue Button Be Used?
- If a booking does not appear as expected in the system.
- If changes to a booking have not been applied.
- If there are synchronization issues between the PMS and the block list.
What Happens After Pressing the Button?
Pressing the blue button reloads the booking from the PMS and resets it to its initial state. This means:
- All current booking details are re-synchronized.
- Possible errors or missing updates are corrected.
Note:
If issues persist after synchronization, check the booking directly in the PMS or contact support.
