Set the behavior of several services in relation to each other
To set two or more services in relation to each other, e.g. if an all-day package is selected, the dinner (Abendessen) should no longer be clickable, please follow these steps:
Navigate to your desired service:
Open the service you want to use:
Click on the "Services" tab
Here you can create new relations to each other or modify or delete existing ones:
In our example, a logic is now stored for the all-day flat rate. As soon as this package is selected, the dinner (Abendessen) is deactivated and can no longer be booked:
The following logics exist:
Is child service
is child room
is part of
blocks availability: A combination room is booked and blocks the availability of the individual rooms
is a subset: This occurs in 3-room combinations
Activation on selection: Service two is only selectable if service one is selected. E.g. Service 2 is a 4th course. Only selectable if service 1, a 3-course menu is selected.
Deactivation on selection: e.g. A full day package rate is booked and deactivates the dinner
Gets additionally selected on selection, deselects original selection on deselection:
e.g. we offer a 4th course, this is selected and thus also the 3 course dinner. Without dinner no 4th course
Selection on selection
Selection on selection and automatic deselection on deselection
Gets deselected on selection: If service 1 is selected, service 2 is deselected.
Selection on deselection: For displaying alternatives, one of which must always be selected if configured on both sides. Deselection of service one selects service two - but does not prevent subsequent selection of two. Note: if two services are "crossed" with deselection on selection, either one or the other can be selected (simple alternative).
Deselection on deselection: If service one is deselected, service two is also deselected.
Limit the number of people: For setup. Example: Cocktail seating can accommodate more people than block seating.
