Tracings in Booking Management
Tracings are a useful feature for sales support. They allow users to record comments and activities (traces) related to a booking.
1. Overview of the Tracings Page
When accessing the Tracings page, an overview of all tracings is displayed, filtered by date.
Clicking on a tracing takes you directly to the corresponding booking where the tracing is stored.
2. Adding Tracings to a Booking
To add a tracing to a booking, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the desired booking.
- Click on the black-colored Tracings icon and add a tracing
3. Visualization of Tracings
- Once a tracing has been added to a booking, the icon changes from black to orange to indicate that at least one tracing exists.
- Clicking on the Tracings icon opens a pop-up displaying all tracings related to this booking.
- If only one tracing exists, it opens directly.
In the Tracings, an email can be sent to selected colleagues:
The selected colleague (user) is automatically set as the recipient, while the sender is the user who initiates the email dispatch.
4. Special Notes and Alerts
- Each tracing can be marked with the new "is note" flag.
- If a tracing with "is note" exists, a pop-up automatically appears as a notification when the booking is loaded.
- When hovering over the Tracings icon, the last message of the most recent tracing is always displayed.
