Would you like to check the status of your support requests or view tickets you have already created?
Here’s how you can quickly access your personal overview in Zendesk.
1. Open the Ticket Link from the Email
After creating a support request, you will receive a confirmation email from Zendesk.
Click the ticket link in the email to open your request directly.
2. Log In or Register in Zendesk
If you are not already logged in, the Zendesk login page will open.
- Sign in with your existing account
or - Register once if you do not yet have an account
After successfully logging in, you will automatically be redirected to the Zendesk portal.
3. View All Requests
In the top-right corner, you will find your username with a small arrow ▼.
Click the arrow and select:
“Requests”
There you will be able to see:
- all tickets you have created
- the current processing status
- the latest activity on your requests
This allows you to keep track of all your open and completed support requests at any time.
