The availability view offers a quick overview of which event rooms and guest rooms are bookable, occupied, or blocked at a specific time. Colored status indicators, smart filters, and interactive elements help with planning and coordination.
2. Calendar View Overview
- Timeline
At the top, days and hours are displayed; below, the availability of each resource is shown. - Event Column
Periods like summer holidays or other timeframes are displayed as events in a separate column. - Room Overview
Event spaces and combination rooms (e.g., Room 1 & 2) are grouped according to a predefined order. - Guest Room Overview
Guest rooms (single, double, triple rooms) are shown with an x / y display of occupied units (e.g., 2 / 377).
3. Event Rooms & Combinations
- Booking & Blocking
When a room that is part of a combination is booked, it automatically blocks the related combination rooms (e.g., Room 1 + 2 blocks Combo Room 1–4). These blockings are clearly marked with colored borders that reflect the main booking’s status. Booking Display
Bookings are color-coded based on their status. All associated blocks are also highlighted to make connected bookings visually identifiable. When hovering, relevant information appears, such as:- Booking title (e.g., "Conference 1")
- Booker, company, phone number
- Number of guests and rate

Clicking a booking opens a context menu with direct access to:- Booking details

4. Room Occupancy (Overnight)
The lower section shows all overnight rooms with occupancy displayed as x / y.
Color Coding:
- Green: Room available
- Red: Fully occupied
5. Filtering Options
You can filter by:
- Type of use (e.g., meeting or standard)
Specific rooms
- Booking status
Canceled bookings can be reactivated if necessary.
6. Closure periods
Under Calendar, important entries such as holidays, renovations, or other closure periods can now be created directly:
When the “Closed” checkbox is selected, no bookings can be made for the specified period. This makes it easy to block certain rooms or time periods as needed:
