Activities are only available for MICE bookings.
To display activities, the booking must have the status "Confirmed".
You must also click on the Blocks tab in a booking. This allows you to save the services in the room.
To do this, simply click on Add service.
In the next step, navigate to the Activities tab.
The activities to be completed for a booking are displayed with preparation time.
Example:
The booking was created for 03.06 and the services business dinner, flipchart and continental breakfast were added.
The services to be completed are displayed as TO Dos on 03.05 in order to prepare them for 03.06
