To connect MEWS and customice, the following steps are necessary. Please align with the customice support if you plan to connect your PMS with customice.
Open MEWS Marketplace (within your MEWS system):
search for "customice" and click on "Connect Integration" button.
Here you find the access token
Please send the token to support@customice.de
Additionally you should create a property admin account for the customice support team. Naming convention is like <propertyname>@customice.de. Please get in touch with customice support before you create the account.
